Default bank 1 o2 sensor under threshold - CEL

just last week or so my car keeps throwing a code for the front o2 sensor (bank 1) saying its below the threshhold or whatever..

im using an erz up pipe with the o2 sensor in it and a hks catless downpipe to oem wrx mid pipe to oem wrx axle back.

could it be a bad o2 sensor? part of me thinks it might be the car is running a little lean under 3K (td04 spoools quick ya know..) and thus possibly throwing the code?

keep in mind i have no piggybacks whatsoever installed anymore, and im using a blow-through maf. stock injectors.

My guess would be a bad O2 sensor - you could tell for sure by hooking up an OBD reader and monitoring the O2 sensor signal and see if the sensor is reacting properly.
