Default Tein RA coilover Setup?

I've installed these on my 2006 wrx a while ago.. i havn't got a chance to set them up yet.. it has a pillow mount in the rear.. I want some spec for this coil! And the noise are driving me nuts in the rear but i heard ppl said this is normal.. Is it??

Okie.. I'm going to track soon, I want some help on the spec for this coilover? i'm running 225/45/R17 with stock 17X7 oem wrx rims... I'm thinking to run 245/45/R17 or 245/40/R17 tires.. but i'm thinking will it rub if i dont do a alignment? and how should i be tune for the 245/45/R17? And i will be putting on 17X8 rims for the 245 tires. But don't know what rim yet. If i tuned the suspension for the 245/45/R17 with 17X8 wheels.. will i be having problems running the stock tires/rims going to the track on the highway?? and once i'm done the track do i need a alignment again for street ?? cause i dont go to track very often..

What are the common good spec on these coil if i just run 225/45/R17 and the 245/45/R17? thanks guys!

you missed the brakes/suspension/steering subforum...

if you chance ride height, you need a new alignment. if you leave it alone, you're fine. if you have a 17x8 wheel, 245/40/17 is a far more popular size than 245/45/17.

you don't need an alignment to get those tire sizes to fit. a proper ride height and wheel offset will take care of that.
