Default shaving to spec help

I have an unfixable flat RE070. I just brought these tires about 1000 miles ago, but I've already been to a couple track events. I need to get this fixed ASAP. I'm thinking I need to buy a new tire and have it shaved to spec. Is this something tire rack can do for me before they ship me the tire, or do I need to have it done locally? I also can't find a tread depth gauge at local auto parts stores. I'm assuming I will need this to determine the shaving specs. Any idea where I can get one of these? Whats the best way to go about getting a replacement tire? Thanks

Tire rack shaves tires. Pep Boys carries depth gauges. You have a 1-2/32s or so leeway.
