Default EJ22 vs EJ20 AEBS Sleeves

Hello to all
like the tittle says, for daily driving and track use and sometime street racing, which one will be better?

The internal are :
EJ22-
Wiseco Pistons
Eagle rods

EJ20-
Wiseco pistons 92.5mm
Manley Rods H-beam

2.2L is really nice.
I have the EJ22T shortblock. Good torque for street driving, good stroke for high revs.
I do have STi rods sitting and waiting to go in. Also the revised WRX crank will go in with CP pistons kepeping the stock bore. The cylinder walls are still pretty.
