Default Morette wiring and HID

Hey guys, I need a lil help on wiring up my Morette's.

I recently pulled my whole chassis harness to swap to the harness that came with my JDM STi motor. While I was doing this I decided to pull my headlights out also. Last year I had a local shop do HID's and they did a crap job with the wiring, not to mention they ditched the harness that the Morette's originally came with due to corrosion. So they did up their own crap harness which caused the lights to flicker or go out on occasion, sometimes flickering when braking (ground issue possibly). I also unhooked the DRL so that wasnt the cause.

Anyways, no I want to ditch their harness all together and start from scratch the right way. Im not a wiring guru so im going to need a lil advice/help on this. I plan to run a different set of HID's like this setup

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1171806

So my question, is how will I run the wiring for the High beams/turn signal. Im assuming with my low beams I will just run it through the ballast etc for the HID then link into the stock wiring. But for the High/turn will i need relays? Or just plug right into the stock wiring?

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Do you have the stock wiring for the turn signal/parking lights and the high/low beams?

From the stock headlights? No. All I have are the wires coming from the harness that plug into the headlight harness, but the plug was spliced for their ghetto harness.

For the highs/turn signal/parking lights, you will need to utilize the stock Subaru wiring. You can pull power to the highs directly from the battery by using a relay. There is a great wiring diagram somwhere on here but I can't find it. My original Morette wiring harness got corroded and the lights would flicker some and go out and the highs were pretty dim. I took all of the Morette wiring out and the 3 relays that came with it and rewired it all with 1 relay. You will have some issues by not having the 3 relays with the switched ground system when turning on your fogs while the highs are on, but doing the fog light mod will resolve this and the wiring is tons simpler.

Good thing I've deleted my foglights for weight saving then

So if im running HID's, I will run those separate and tap directly into the stock harness for the lows, then for the highs/turn I will have to run power from the battery and tap into the stock harness? Looks like im gonna be doing some searching for the wiring diagram you speak of.

This is going to be fun
