Default Where will they rub first?

Alright so I can not find my usual 245/40/17 R6's to purchase as take-offs. I am going to step up to a Hoosier Koni Challenge 245/45/17. The specs - as measured, not per the website are as follows:

Diameter 25.06"
Tread Width 9.5"
Section Width 10.375"

My car is set up with
-Tein RA coilovers
-Lowered slightly (but not ridiculously otherwise I can't get the car on the trailer)
-Rolled rear fender lips
-22mm FSB

Is it likely tha these are going to rub? The front inner fender liner? Rear spring on the coilover?

Can I just remove the front fender liner? I drive the car on the street a few days a week to work since it gets better gas mileage than my truck.

Comparing the 245/45 Koni tire to a measured 245/40 R6 on the same rim as listed above...
the 245/45 is about 3/4" wider section width and 3/4" taller.

But the 245/40 is worn out...
