Default 3 year project ej18t

Well here is how my project started..........I got my scooby as a graduation gift back in may 2005. the first thing i did was go rice and throw a coffee can exhaust and neon lights allover the car it looked like a primered cristmas tree lol, my second step in the project was converting from the slow 1.8 with fwd eat to the better awd 5spd that was lots of fun and took me 2 long nights of working and fabricating for the trans to sit properly. it finally got painted (my first time painting so looks like orange peel) back in 2006 and i threw on some alteza tails which are still on the car only cuz i havnt bought the jdm red/clears. thats how it stayed up until feb 2008 when i decided to go turbo. now enough talk here is the transformation...........

reallllyyy. from what i could find 8 psi would be a little much. withot ecu anyway. what size injectors? do you have a backup motor if she blows or do think you'll just rebuild stronger?

yep +1 for ebay parts (knocks on wood) as i have not had any problems with any transactions or parts that i have bought from them i guess it pays to really read all the fine print on the posting to make sure or get the insurance it really does pay off in ay mishaps.

Lightbulb

newest mod: my version of a occ. made of a 8oz cola soda bottle i cut 2 wholes in it towards the top and routed the 2 breather lines from the valve covers into the bottle, then mounted it to the mount where the purge can used to be. so far it seems to work and since the bottle is clear i can see how full the bottle is. just installed it today so i will check on it every day and see how much it holds and if it will hold up to the hot oil. i will be posting pics of it later on.

parts list & prices:
8oz soda bottle - *free* found it just lying around the house
4ft vaccum hose - $4.23 autozone reused driver side hose for pass. side breather
clamps - *free* reused clamps on car
mounting - *free* i have lots and lots of zipties
total = $4.23

so far great mod for under $5
