Thumbs up Crutchfield post-sale support is EXCELLENT

I bought a power amp for my car from Crutchfield a year ago and the other day it had a problem. I was worried since i no longer had the invoice so RMA/warranty might have been a real problem.

But i called Crutchfield customer service and they were able to look up my original order number, then transfered me over to technical support... they then informed me the amp was still under warranty and i had my choice of sending it to them or back to sony for repair/replacement. Well, i'd just as soon deal with Crutchfield because i've rma'd a DVD player to Sony before and it took a LONG time. Anyway, the guy is sending me a prepaid shipping label and gave me an RMA number. I LOVE this kind of service.

Good Job Crutchfield.

I totally agree!

When I bought a system from them for my old OBS, the rear speakers didn't fit, but they immediately shipped out new ones and gave me credit for the ones that didn't fit, even before I sent them back!!!

Crutchfield is good stuff!
