Default Where can I powder coat rims

I have a set of 17in rims that I want to powder coat gunmetal. I live in Ottawa, Ontario so I don't wanna travel too far, but if the price is right, I might have to. So I was just wondering if anyone knows where to go. Thanks

On another board (in Ottawa)..... They recently had this topic.... most recommeded:

The company is called RLD Industries and is located on Albion road.

A few had their rims done there..... they were quoted around $200.....

I'm considering of doing this also to the WRX rims..... anthracite also....

I had another person from a contract manufacturer we use at work also said RLD is the place. Robin - was the $200 for the set?
If it is, it sounds like a good deal.

I talked to John at RLD Industries......

Supplier Name: RLD INDUSTRIES LIMITED
Street Address: 4210 ALBION ROAD
City: GLOUCESTER
Province: ON
Postal Code: K1T 3W2
Country: CANADA
Phone Number: 822-4000
Fax Number: 822-3303

The cost he says can go from $60-90 per wheel...... it depends on what you want.....

Anthracite is a wet paint....... not many companies have this powdercoat......

A more metallic color, he recommends protecting the color with a clearcoat......

He says there's this new sharp color called "Black Chrome"..... Something like anthracite but shiny...... He says you have to see it.....

Cost is a factor on what needs to be done...... if there's lots of damage on the rims...... etc......

Who is interested?

Gold would be cool! I'd really like to match the existing gold paint
I have so that I don't have to go searching for a match for the
center caps. Oh yeah I like the $60 part (I assume that includes
the pre-requisite sand blast).

I'm in, if you guys wanna do a group buy. The thing is I have alot of curb scratches, so I'm thinking of sanding them down first. This way I don't have to spend too much money.
So, anybody else interested.
