Default Garret Turbo BB oil restriction fitting

Anyone know what size orifice fitting I need if my oil pressure is 95-100 psi? The garret website says my CHRA BB oil pressure should be kept around 40-45 psi at maximum engine rpm (max oil pump pressure). They say a .040" orifice is a common size for most passenger vehicles. Just curious if anyone knows.

Yea I usually see it recomended at or around .035 for our motors which produce a pretty fair amount of pressure.

I have actually made about 5 restrictors for my setup until I found something that stopped pushing oil past the seal (Not Ball Bearing) and ended up around .055 They say BB turbos need a fair amount less than journal bearings.. So I would start around .035 - .040 and see what happens...

Garrett sell a restrictor that has a 1mm (0.040") aperture. I still think it could be smaller as my turbo is still over oiled!

IIRC, I ended up with a .025" in my system. All these CHRA's need is a constant supply, not any real "pressure." I started out with a .040" and I got oil puke out of the front seal. I'd start with that and then take it down until it just barely stops pushing any oil - better a little too much than not enough.
