Default Just want to know what you think

Ok these pictures are photoshoped. But I do paint and custom air brush. My question is does anyone think this looks ricey or ugly. I like it, but I don't want to anger of the Subaru Gods so I thought I would get a few second opinions.

Graphite stripe with airbrushed inset shadow, Graphite/Black center and lip wheels

just graphite wheels

Yeah cuz its ugly!! JK its not that bad.

But as for the OP, I think it looks cool. I'm not sure about the curving trunk line but maybe it'd grow on me. I say go for it and be unique! PS are the wheels photochopped too or are they already like that? Either way i think its cool how much different they look from stock just because of the paint scheme.

I paint cars and I'm surprized that people don't like custom paint jobs like the two shown here. Both of these are tasteful, not garish like others I've seen. It is all about individualizing your car, making it truly one of a kind. Sometimes the best custom paint job is one that doesn't look like one, where there are accents along the body lines and moderate feathering around the wheel wells. From what I've seen of most of the people around here is that they are mostly interested in engine and suspension mods. Those are great, but don't bad mouth those who wish to go a little further and mod the paint too.

I like a clean look, but it doesn't look bad compaired to a lot of the stuff that I have seen on here.

It is to gaudy for my taste, but I wouldn't scream "Rice!" if you did it to your car.

I like it but I would probably not wrap it around the trunk. Wheels look good too.

Yeah but if people see your car in person Chris it looks way better than the pics. I'd rock your car in a

heartbeat

To the OP it looks like you took that @ the Cemetary on Cemetary rd and Vanbelle rd.

I think it would look better with a nice set of 17" graphite/gunmetal wheels. The stock wheels just don't pull it off. It may also look better if you went with a carbon fiber trunk.

Then again those are just my suggestions, do what you want

id say its not too bad, wouldnt do it to my car, but also wouldnt make fun of it if i saw it somewhere.. idk about cruving it on the trunk like that.. can deffinatly see what your line your goin off but it seems like it would be too different than the side stripage.. but all in all theres lovers, theres haters as long as you dig theres a good chance at least a couple pple out there will like it.. plus the color contrasts the blue real nice

DUDE!! The two tone on the wheels is dope!

The stripe is "meh" and the curved part on the trunk is reminiscent of the '08 trim piece.

I like it but think the graphite would look better on pretty much any color other than WRB.

Another thought:

Have you cleared/painted your headlights? If not, def paint them the same graphite color and that would be a great way to tie everything together...

The biggest thing I don't like is just the lack of contrast between the two colors. Consider a more contrasty color (black?), and make the line narrower so it's more of a possible accent than actual two-tone.
