STI Chipped Key ?

Greetings- Quick question which I searched and didnt find an exact answer. I am gathering up items for my swap, I have an 07 STI harness with the ECU and Immobilizer box, can my local dealership program a chipped key for this setup ? Does anyone know if they can simply plug into the ECU and get the info they need ?

Sorry if this has been covered, I just cant find it anywhere.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

I figured...thanks..now heres the real kick...can this be done without the whole car ? Can I show up with my ecu/immobilizer box or am I really lookin for

Chances are they will do nothing without the VIN from the original car.
