Default Bugeye foglight not working Help!

Hey guys. Quick question. I mounted my foglights last night and the passenger side won't turn on. Made sure the plug is seating all the way, swapped in 2 brand new bulbs and nothing. I don't have a volt meter to check if power is going through the harness or not. These are stock foglights by the way going into the stock harness, no crazy hack job on the wiring. My question is, can a foglight just die like this or do you think it might be a problem with my harness? I appreciate any help and thanks in advance.

Rodrigo

I cleaned the contacts on the foglight since they have the male end, the harness has the female end. How can I clean the harness contacts?
