Default Oil pickup tube torque spec?

I'm putting on a new tube to go along with my new oil pan and I haven't been able to find anything that shows a torque spec for any of the 3 bolts.

Any help is appreciated!
Lee

In the manual it's called an oil strainer and it's 7.2 ft.lbs. I could be looking at the wrong thing though.
