Default possible turbo oil seal leak?

alright so i am eating a tad bit more oil than i should be ( a quart every+) 500 miles.

Motor: 2000 miles on Cobb pistons eagle rods cosworth bearings, cobb suggested clearance. I did not build this so i cannot verify exact specs.

turbo FP 20g with around 15,000 miles. minor shaft play. (possible oil seals)

There is Normal OIL in PCV's minor exhaust gas in oil fill,

when i floor it, once it hits boost and 5k+rpm there is visible smoke out the tailpipe, its not like a GI Joe cloud, but i can see it, honestly it looks more like fuel (black) then oil (Blue)

Have not done leakdown or compression numbers yet:

i am hoping this is the turbo oil seals as i really dont want to have another motor swap.

Thoughts?

Verify for oil on the turbo compressor output. If there is excessive oil accumulation your turbo seals might be gone. Perform a compression test anyway to double check there is nothing else wrong.

I'd go straight to compression test... those symptoms sound like combustion chamber problem. Start at cyl 4.
