I love goooollllllllddddd

Default WTB: gc impreza shell for swap

originally i was planning on swapping my DD impreza, and perhaps getting a junker car like an old mercedes or bmw to drive in the meantime while its out. instead i thought, why not get a junker impreza and just swap that one and keep my dd til the swap is done then sell my dd. plus 2 imprezas = parts source

This means for $500 or less I want a 93-95 impreza. doesnt have to have have an engine or transmission or seats really, tho the more the better i suppose but for $500 or less im not expecting much except a clean title. might also prefer awd but it doesnt really matter

preferably in the portland area

thanks
-Eliot

Coming from a person that has always bought impreza's cheap your best bet to finding one this cheap would be the following three options Ebay, Craigslist, and Salvage yards, the scrap value alone is worth that much. Good Luck with this though.

Did you see this?

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1580877

Sell a few parts off of it (eng., trans, etc) , and you've got your $500 shell..

FYI, the only GC/GM/GF that came with black interior are 2.5rs's.. Highly doubt you'll find one of those for 5 bills..

well by black i meant not tan. the red and blue GC/GM/GFs have dark grey interiors. the white ones and green ones have tan tho and it looks terrible (actually not sure what color interior white imprezas had)

and yeah i saw that one you linked. i actually already posted in it too. i was hoping ideally for an AWD car but maybe ill take that one... who knows
