Need For Speed Prostreet - Wii

Alright, saw 2 other threads about this that were very brief and none of which were for Wii. I have always loved GT and I've played Forza2. I really like them but.... you guessed it, they don't make them for wii.

I got Prostreet for my B-day yesterday and before I open it, is there ANY better, more realistic, more "GT-like" game for Wii that any of you know of that I'd probably like better?

I doubt a realistic racing game will ever come out for the Wii.

The wii doesn't have the graphical and processing cojones to do a realistic driving sim. I agree, and to the OP, you're more or less screwed. I have a Wii as well, and am

Wii will forever be for mothers and young children. I love video games and I wanted to like the Wii when we bought it, but I just can't get into it.

Fixed. At any rate, the wife bought me NFS Prostreet a while ago. It was entertaining enough for me to play it until I beat it. It is a far cry from an actual simulator though. If you want a real simulator, you are only going to find that on the PC. Sorry, but that's the truth.

its funny... that everyone got a wii b/c of the bowling game and now the ps3 has a bowling game that uses the controller much like the one on the wii.

My family got me a Wii for father's day.
They (including wife) play it drastically more than me.
When the kids are asleep, I play Xbox (classic, cuz I don't have a 360)

Wii is "family game time". So I doubt a good race sim would ever come out. I *wish* DIRT would.

and, yeah..... I figured that would probably be the case. Wii not having a true racing sim, that is. I appreciate the input. So is NFS prostreet about as close as it comes on the Wii, though?

I need to give in and spring for a PS3 but my car would be SOOOO jealous!

No. And once again, you won't find any realistic sims on any console. None, zilch, nadda.
