Blackfang and I are meeting with the Pence management on Thursday, so we will have a better idea of the events at the meet.
The one thing about the Perry meet though this year was that the weather was practically unbearable. The show would have more people popping their hoods open though which is always nice to see. I say do the show and keep it up in front of the building like last time, but allow other people who don't want to participate park on the side, but not behind the building.

The intent was to park on the side of the building. However, there was a lack of space and it filled up quickly. Our lot is not that big and all the cars that were upfront filled up the back lots.

I will see if we can move some of the Nissans to the back this year.

I think I'll enter my car in the show this year. I think we should make a rule that doesn't allow ray to enter and win a second year in a row

^Exactly what I was thinking. I didn't go last year but based upon what I heard there is a 99.9% chance Ray will win the car show again. Can't hate on the guy for having a nice setup but give someone else a chance

I'm all for the everyone is entered in the show automatically thing.

let's not go overboard guys, besides you guys are the ones that helped put on most of the parts and get it to where it is now, hopefully this year i'll have a few things cleaned up on my car, like the cracked fender liners(on both sides) that no one noticed. aside from the wheels and brakes i won't really have much new that you can see, jdm aero guards, a JDM STi shift knob(i don't believe i had this last year) and rear window lip are the only things visible. under the hood a new radiator shroud, engine dress items and a new alternator cover that's not a painted stock one. also things you can't see a Whiteline anti lift kit, new DBA rotors and Ferodo pads, new bigger master cylinder and H&R rear camber bolts. So all in all really not too much has changed. anyways steve and jon both have nice cars. Steve's is super super clean. Hopefully my car will be done by then

+1 for that idea...

add:

most abused ... award = free tune up or subie bucks...
most dirt...... award= free carwash kit
most e-bay mods(and still running) or most useless mods.... award= mods that actually will help
and the wtf??? award = not sure but should be based on what the owner may actually need

after all people like ray, steve and myself probably already have most of the stuff we would win anyway.... its the people who have the messed up cars that need most of the prizes

Maybe we can find a huge podium that has a turntable on top to display his car like you see at car show events

In all honesty he was a favorite last year and many of the employees liked his car and how he set it up.

Edit: Jaqattack02 mentioned he is bringing his g/f and brother.

I'd be glad to win that exact same prodrive wheel ray won last year. Hopefully I'll have brakes done by then too.

How about an award for car that would look most perfect with a prodrive wheel
