SOOO i was wondering if anyone knew what car would be the best to swap it into it,I want to keep it a LEGACY MODEL, like outback? 95-01 Legacy GT? I would like the OUTBACK body swap not to sure of what year though. Also like the interior parts are they as well swapable? I really want to try this out because its going to be my first one and im pretty damn excited to see the results of it and the peoples faces when i am done YEAH BUDDY! ok i think thats it.... Yes, it is all possible. Interior and exterior parts are interchangeable if its the same generation of Legacy and/or Outback. The drivetrain swap is possible. If its an auto trans someone else can pipe in, as I'm not sure how the tiptronic aspect would work since the buttons are on the steering wheel. Wiring would be a pain just like any other Subaru swap. You can put the engine into any Subaru you want, whether it be Legacy, Impreza, Forester, etc.

If I'm not mistaken, the 05 LGT is CANBUS therefore you may need to swap the entire interior to keep everything as simple as possible.

Well that should avoid a few issues since you want manual.

Check out www.eastcoastswappers.com or www.garagetuning.com. Both are more than capable of helping you; it all depends what coast you're on. The first is in MA; the second is in CA.
