has anybody done this upgrade yet? i'm trying to figure out the "safest" way to do this, seeing how my car is a daily-driver + i want it to be reliable.
in general, i'm targeting low to mid 300s for hp/tq at the wheels. i think that this is the best way to do it:
however, i'm unsure if i need an injector/ fuel pump upgrade. i've read that some recommend it, others say it's not necessary for this turbo. also, i don't want to do the FMIC, as UR recommends. i'd rather upgrade my TMIC. thoughts?
currently, i'm stage 2 (3" DP, 3" CB, Cobb Stg 2 AP map). what's a safe, cost-effective next step for low 300s hp/tq + reliability + daily driver? TMIC + 18G + tune? keep in mind logistics, i.e. my tuner does not install parts, thus after parts install i still have to be able to drive the thing (about 60 miles) to the tuner.
