Question miles per gallon

what kind of gas mileage do you guys get?
the WRX really likes to drink the gas when you don't lay off the boost how can you get the best gas mileage out of the car?

Mods seem to eat lots of gas. Usually modifying your car makes it more efficeint, but then again it also makes my car more fun to drive. It's hard keeping off boost with such beautiful weather. I've been getting around 17 mpg.

I cannot see why the BOV would change your MPG that much, other than the fact that you will now take the RPM's higher to hear the BOV sound. I guess I will have to check my MPG, but winter is a bad time to test that, since I have an auto start and it would not be that accurate.

I think both have impacted my MPG in a negative way. It is hard to lay off the gas when my car is breathing so well. I'm going to have to use some restraint on this next tank of gas so I can get a good idea of how bad my MPG is? Like I said before, Mods usually make your car more efficeint but make spirited driving hard to resist.
