These are the finest Brembo 6 piston monobloc calipers that are used as the OEM equipment on the new nissian GTR 35.
Here is the pic of the OEM brake used on GT-R35,they are the same brakes i am selling(except my calipers are in yellow color instead of gold).


Think about the stopping power for your less powerful (unless you got 480hp) and lighter STI.

Unfortunately No. They won't clear stock 08 Sti rims.

These 6 pot monoblock Calipers are massive. They will provide incredible stopping power with no fade.

However,you need 18" rims with GTR face to clear them (such as Volk CE28,TE37...anything with GTR face... you got the idea,but it won't clear RE30,ah...)

That's why i am selling my RE30s as well.

Someone buy my BBK,so i can keep my rims.
Or
buy my rims,so i can keep my BBK and use the money to buy a new set of rims.

It is kinda complicated...haha!

It is not the offset,otherwise a set of spacers would fix my headache. Even +55 would be fine for these calipers.

The problem is the top and bottom part of the calipers.
(These calipers are too damn long).


The inner circle of the rims won't clear these calipers, that's why some high performance cars such as Porsche GT3 and Nissian GTR used 19inch or even 20inch rims instead of 18 inch ones.

This BBK is listed to clear 18" rims. well...It is not entirely accurate because these massive calipers only clear some 18 inch rims with GTR face (which got a groove inside that is purposely designed to clear bigger than usual calipers ). I found this information the hard way though.

I tested fit this kit for you guys,so you don't have to waste your money by trying hot brand new stuff that won't necessarily work with your stock or after-market parts nicely .

Awesome calipers mate not that I can afford them yet. But do you know specifically which Volks would fit?? I have 2 sets: TE37 19*8.5 +43 & CE28N 18*8.5 +52 and would dearly love a set of these BBK in gold for my 05STi - I just dont know if either of these rims has the GTR face and would hate to buy killa calipers like these and have your problem

You are a lucky man. Both TE37 and CE28 with said offset would fit well with these calipers. I actually tested fit both set of rims while the calipers are on my car. (I borrowed them from my friends who owned a tuning shop in Richmond )

PS:wanna trade one set of your rims for my Volk RE30s ? I will probably just keep my BBK if i got the right rims.

I would love to trade my CE28N for your RE30 although they are the exact same size as yours and I doubt they will clear your BBK's

I honestly don't know,but if you have rims with GTR face and a "groove" inside that is designed to clear BBKs, than it is probably gonna be OK.

Offset is not a problem,and you can always get spacers if you need to.


From the pic of the XSA OC2 i saw, it will probably clear this bbk because it has a large inner diameter compered to most rims. It is just my guess though.

Like i said before, 18inch Volk TE37 is recommend because it got a lot of clearance inside compared to other rims.
