Will an 05 6disc fit in my 03??? Please help

Hey guys, I just have a quick question. I currently have a 2003 2.5rs with an alpine deck, type s subs powered by a 250watt sub, and a type r powered by an 800 watt sub, both subs are alpine. my question is, would I be able to install a 2005 6disc cd changer into my car? and if so, would everything still work the way it should? i'm not a noob to scoobs, and I used to work at breast i mean best buy so i'm familiar with subs and stuff I just don't know if everything will still run.... any help is appreciated. thanks!

No it's not that simple. The deck itself would plug right in, but the amps won't work if they were done properly with the Alpine, you'll lose ALL control, and you'll lose a lot of SQ. It's not worth it. Stick with what you have.

+1 while the unit itself will work and fit fine the Alpine will by far be a better option for more reasons than 1.
