Thumbs up www.midnightmoose.com

I bought a HID kit from www.midnightmoose.com about couples months ago, but unfortunately one of the bulb was broke. I sent the hid bulb back to them at last Monday, and they e-mail me today and said my new blub will send at Monday. So I recommendation the midnightmoose. They have a really nice customer service!!!

Here is what they e-mail me:

The HID headlight back and are still testing it. The HID
bulb tip is actually broken off, which is why it no longer works.
The dilemma we are running into right now is that the bulb tip is broken off, but was turned on after the bulb broke. We've seen this happen before when people install the bulb and break the tip inserting it into the headlight housing, turn the bulb on, and of course it does not work. Or, this could happen if the vehicle was in a collision and the bulb broke from impact. If the bulb failed from a defect, it should not show signs of being lit after breaking.
It would be extremely rare to have an HID bulb tip break like this on its own, which is why most warranty policies don't cover broken or shattered bulbs. Our warranty does not exclude these, but ordinarily we would decline this type of breakage as it doesn't seem to be defective. However - because we do make special allowances for our group buy and club members, we will be replacing the bulb for you. Your replacement will be mailed out on Monday.
If you are having the bulbs installed by a mechanic, you may want to note this to the mechanic so that if this is the cause, it does not happen again.
If you're installing the bulbs yourself, you may want to make sure that the bulb is fitting correctly into the housing and the tip is not rubbing against anything which might weaken or crack it.
If you have any questions on installation or otherwise, just let us know.
Thank you,

Monica
