westcoast fuel injection in richmond is a turbo rebuilder. Im also sure you could definately ask the boys up at Rocket rally who does their turbo work. i dont think they do it in house. i could be wrong though?

I think these guys are one of the bigger shops around for servicing turbo's.

http://www.dynamicengineering.com/prodserv.htm

Turbo's that they service and repair.

A few of the brands and/or engines that we repair and/or supply turbochargers for

  • Garrett / AiReasearch
  • Schwitzer
  • Holset
  • Roto-Master
  • Toyota
  • Komatsu
  • IHI / Warner-Ishi
  • KKK
  • Mitsubishi
  • Hitachi
  • Rajay
  • Cummins
  • Detroit
  • Caterpillar
  • Isuzu
  • Yanmar
  • Ford
  • Mazda
  • Hino

they do any thing from 5lbs motor cycle turbos to frieght liners and have been around since the 60's or so!

I've spoken with Shawn @ Kinetic about Nia's Audi and found him to be a good guy. No nonsense and straight up.

Just make sure that the compressor has a big tank or it is efficient, as well as the air tools. I bought a compressor with to small of a tank and a racket that loves the air so it's more of a head ache, then help.

yeah....its a small tank for sure (like 8 gallon lol) and the tools arent the greatest....but for 200$ for everything im not complaining....i used it for a while tonight and its not too bad....compressor comes on A LOT....but it wasn't running out of air or slowing me down....the noise is the only thing....but luckily the way my garage is designed i have it around a corner and down some stairs....so its not too bad....

all in all its not great but definetly better than no air tools.....eventually i'd like to get a giant tank and some quality tools....but i think i'll try to move out of the parents basement first....lol
