Default electical nightmare!! Subaru is clueless!!!

Blew my engine and threw a rod through the block which then cought on fire. Took the car 3 hours away to my LOCAL subaru dealer. now insurane covered all the fire damaged parts and I paid for the mechanical. I bought a stage 3 axis block and had heads redone. I am running a fp red with aps big maf and aps front mount. perrin header/downpipe and spt catless cat back. also running a 38mm grimmspeed external wastegate with tgv deletes.
Now when subaru said my car was done i drove 4 to 5 hundred miles of no boost. when I finally got on it the car threw cels and started running terrible. the a/c also stopped working. the cels were misfires, crankshaft position sensor, and both camshaft position sensors. so when I took the car back to subaru they replaced ecu,cps and that didnt work. then they discovered that a tooth was broke off of the crankshaft sprocket. so after replacing the sprocket the a/c starts working perfect. and no cels. well as soon as my wife gets the car home driving like a grandma I get in it and get on it. BAM!! every single light on the dash comes on. Battery, brake, rear diff, cel, abs, ect... The car starts to missfire bad when getting into boost. it idles fine and drives fine till into boost. But now when you start the car and start driving it easy it after about 1 minute it will start popping and backfiring severely. the cel will flash and the car will completely die. Then it will not start at all for about 20 min. After 20 min it will start and run fine and the cel will go away. although all the other lights will still be on. I can drive the car about a half a mile just fine and then it will backfire and the tach will jump around the cel will flash and come back onand it will die again. my hazard light stopped working and occasionally the turn signals will stop working. Amazingly the a/c works just fine. On the logs the engine speed will jump around and timing and engine load is off. subaru said the timing is set perfect....

Anyone have any ideas?

Something that burned in the fire must not have been replaced sounds to me your electrical loop is open but not fully but enough that it senses it when load is put on it and it just lights up everything.

Do you know in entirety what was burned in the fire? That might make it a little easier to narrow down the problem areas....
