1998 GC8 EJ255 swap

Default Help With A Swap

Ok i picked up a 2006 WRX TR the car was put in to a wall at 120 the motor and tranny is still good. Pretty much ever thing is still good but the driver side doors and rear fender. Any ways i drive a 1998 gc i am looking at doing the swap motor trans every thing i was looking around for some help on what else i would need to buy to do the swap and what i need. I was also wanting to know if any one has done it yet and how hard it was and if they ran into any problems with the imoblizer. thanks for your time

You can use most, if not all of the mechanical bits with your car. You need to buy little else, basically just a set of rear top hats if you plan on using the WRX suspension. You will need to merge your harness or have it merged. PM me if you have any more questions.
