Default So who did I see in the silver WRX @ Jewel Lake+Rasberry? Friday.

Whoever you are, you have a damn sweet WRX. Had the big wing and morettes, awesome.

I was in the silver new WRX (still had continental's plates) to your right as you crossed the intersection, and you waved. I'm sure somebody knows this guy...

Yup, that was me. I was headed to school. Nice to meet you. Email me and I'll hook you up with subaru meet info. I just mailed out the updated registry.

Morette's are a brand of conversion headlight. They are the dual headlight conversion. Are the Morette's on the silver WRX unpainted? If they are then that was Fig.

Here is a pic of the Morette's:

I cant recall offhand, think they were black? It looked like it had stock exhaust, but didnt sound like it, maybe it had some of the cats off?

We messed some from a 2nd gear roll....pulled a little in 2nd while I was spinning, and shifted into 3rd. Subie run pretty freakin strong in the 1-2 range. Later

Yup, that sounds like Fig. He also has a Stromung cat-back exhaust and other goodies.

I don't know about the 1-2 range. Paul's TSi has me from the launch. I don't even try after 2nd. If I can't get him in the first two gears then I quit. Unless, we are running to 100 then I might get him. Better yet, he usually races me when he is out of gas. A couple runs then he's limping on fumes.

I have some incar vids of paul's car if ya wanna check them out. I always have problems with WRX's in the 1-2 range because I spin especially when going from a deadstop, I raced whtdevil and he had about 1 car on me at the end of first, had to play catchup after that. They run strong regardless

Really? Ben had you in first? I still trying to get the right touch down for the lauches. After all of these Tranny issues, I'm afraid to let the car run.

I better watch it I'm going off-topic.
