for example I bought some Cobb sport springs and they fit perfect, but I am concerned with exhausts and under panels and stuff along those lines. Any help would be appreciated thanks

the sti motor will drop in and most exhausts work but may need to be cut to fit. and whats under panels? like a body kit? most body kits fit, just check the year.

i wouldnt say all that, a lot of suspension stuff is the same for a wrx, most axelbacks fit, you can get your car on 18''s. as for power, you gotta do full exhaust - and wings, scoops, hoods, sti limited spoilers, stickers, and valve stem covers are all the same as a 0607 wrx. im confused about the title of the thread, what are you converting? sti -> 2.5i = bad deal. but you can make your car all sweet with crazy lights and such.
