FS: NYC - Garage/PartsBin Clearout, Need to sell ASAP!

Clearing out my parts bin / garage clutter. I'm headed up for school this Friday, so I'd like to clear out as much as I can before I leave. Here's what I have:

In the bin:
2001 Forester Struts, Springs, and Tophats - $40

WRX Axleback (flange cut off) - $20
WRX Sedan Rear Seat - $40

Rear disc conversion hubs off of a 1998 Forester, cut ebrake cables can be swapped out for your stock ones easily.
Left side bearing and hub needs to be replaced. Hubs only - $100

Rear Calipers - $50, I also have a set of Brand New Subaru Bearings and Oil Seals (L&R) - $170, and a Brand New Subaru Hub - $90

17mm WRX rear sway bar and endlinks - $25
13mm Forester rear sway bar, mounts and endlinks - $20

WRX Trailing Arms - $40

they are the black/navy bugeye seats (02-03)
