Lightbulb 1993 Impreza L WILL NOT START HELP!!!!

I have a 1993 Impreza L 1.8 liter. It has approx. 85,00 original miles and had the timing belt and water pump replaced at around 57,000miles. I also have recently installed new plugs and wires. The car ran perfect up until July 5. Iwas driving the car normally down the road when it stalled out and has not started since. The car cranks but just will not turn over. It has been at my local garage for over a month now and they have checked everything. It gets fuel, spark, throws no codes in the computer, the timing belt is still good. They thought it may have been the cam gears and cam sensor so they replaced two cam gears and the sensor and it still will not start.
I need any suggestions anyone could possibly have as to why the car sounds like it is going to start but just will not.
Please ANYONE HELP ME OUT!!!

Tried changing out the actual injectors themselves? If you've only removed the line to the filter and watched the gas come out there then that's not enough to see if the injectors are actually flowing. Try that and see what happens.

I've also heard if the cam sensor is screwed then the car won't fire either.

Everyone has given good places to start.

I also have a 1.8L that I would've sold you cheaper than all that cost...
And I guarantee it'll fire up, first crank, or I'd come fix it myself. Free.

Umm.. have you tried checking to see if its a dead fuel pump or a blown fuse?

Well the car is getting fuel to the engine, if you pull the fuel line off fuel comes out and also they have this machine to test the fuel injectors and they are fine. They installed a new cam sensor so that new so i dunno what else it could be. Maybe that coolant temp sensor or a fuse but wouldent that show up when they hooked it up to the computer test?

Did they check fuel pressure?

Its one thing to have a fuel pump move gas through a line open to atmosphere, its a whole other deal when the same pump has to build pressure to 42 psi give or take. I've seen quite a few cars where people tell me the engine is getting fuel, but when I hook up a pressure gauge to the fuel system I only see about 5 psi.

once again, i ask: have you ever changed the fuel filter? if they get clogged up, the pump has to work harder, thus wearing it out quicker. just like has been mentioned, have you checked the pressure at the rails?

Not necessarily. It depends on what "test" they're running. A failing ECT sensor won't throw an error code, but sometimes if they lose connection they will (if it's intermittent the ECU will just think your cooling system sucks, and run like suck too).

Last I checked there are no codes for "Bad Fuse" or "Bad Relay."
