WTT: Greddy Evo 2 CBE for your Maddad Whisper CBE

Hey everyone,

Just as the title says, I am looking for something a little quieter and with less of a droon on the highway. If anyone in the area is looking for something a little louder but still has that great boxer rumble without being obnoxious let me know!

This exhaust has about 20K miles on it, but still is in excellent condition with very few scrapes and dings on it.

dude, i have been throught 16 catbacks already on my wagon and the only two that had (very clearly drone significantly less was the greddy evo2, and fujitsubo powergetter. But evo2 flows much better

Good luck with your search. I recently made a switch from Borla Hush to Whisper and couldn't be happier (no drone!)

hey gingertooth, i know the evo 2 is suppossed to be quiet and not drone, but that is true for most stage 2 through most swapped turbo catless setups. I have a fully built sti motor with cams/pistons/header/ported and polished heads gt35r turbo. the greddy now is no longer quiet and drones ALOT at highway speeds. I need something that is quieter at idle and drones less on the highway. Also what i noticed is the greddy evo 2 is very high pitched and raspy when I first start to get on it. it turns more into the rumble above 3K rpms, but between the initial step on the pedal till 3K sounds like a honda!

well, i have a bosal twintip resonated and g200 that you couls gladly try out if you are interested? i would probably trade ya. just let me know

The EVO2 sounds much raspier on your car than on my car, which is too bad. I love my EVO2 but would probably change exhausts if it started to sound like yours...

I know someone that has a 3" Stromung Twintip if you are interested. It was significantly quieter than my EVO2 on the 2.5 liter. Don't think he is interested in trading, only selling outright

i know what your talking about with how loud it is with the 35r ++etc
but its not going to get any quieter
That just what happens when your in the 35r/built motor club
how are you going to tell the beast to be quiet
