Sighting:

White peanut-eye ("helicopter"-eye) STi, approx. 2:30 PM, Friday, 5/29. Westbound on N.Park in Cleveland Heights.

Contact made near the Roxboro school, where I waved from inside the cabin of my blue '05 LGT, and you tooted you horn, twice. I was southbound on Grandview, waiting to turn eastbound onto N.Park.

Just wanted to say "hi!"

I forgot we crossed paths yesterday. was going to post a that I spotted you. I haven't been on nasioc i am sic of the a**holes on this site. Not the local threads just the rest of nasioc.

^ I know what you mean.

I'm always cautious about recommending people to join NASIOC.

Although I really like the amount of information to be had here, the noise floor is just so high, and yes, there's the "attitude" to be dealt with, too.

It's sad, but it's the only on-line community that I feel like I have to "justify" to people.

But I truly think that this might be because "locals" know that we do all exist in the real-world, too - and likely that makes for some restraint against the keyboard cowboying....

Either that, or it's just that the Clevelanders are all nicer people!

lol I was just got back from a spending a weekend there. Nice place. I liked the botanical gardens.

Saw a lot of Legacy's there...not so much anything modified though...

^ Yep, most of the Legacys here are stock - actually most Scoobys you'll find here are stock. As a part of the Snow Belt, well, as you can imagine, Scoobys are very, very popular, and appeal to the droves of drivers who want reliable all-season traction and safety.

There's honestly not even many force-fed Scoobys to be found, outside of the usual WRX/STI crowd.

I can count on my hands and toes the unique force-fed Legacys and Foresters that I've seen in the past 4 years.

Going to post this on F4s as well...anyone in the area have Robi spec'd KWs on their ride? I sent my KWs to him for revalving but have had a hard time deciding between the club and the Streets setup. I would like to take a ride with anyone who has either. can anyone help me out?

BTW, for those interested, Robi is going to be in town in the middle of June to do installs and setups.

Ah well... after all is said and done, I actually didnt lose any money on the trade-in. The only money I had to carry over to new car was the 2K that I rolled into the WRX from the previous trade in. Not too bad.
