DIY fog light bulb replacement 04 wrx

Does anyone have a guide on how to do this step by step? I have done my research and searched hard around the fourm but cannot find anything with step by steps. I heard this is really easy, if someone can share with me how to do it, id really appreciate it. Thanks in advance. EDIT- Also, does anyone know how i can find out how much my coolant holds. I got the coolant additive but i do not know how much to add. They didnt give me an owners manual and iv been searchn around. There are two lines, im guessing one is min. amount of coolant needed and the one thats a big higher is the max amount needed? Is there more than one coolant additive? I dont mean the brand but i mean the purpose. My friend told me there may be a coolant additive that is for making the temperture cooler and ANOTHER one that is to stop leaks. He confuses me, can anyone clarify? I always thought theres only one kind of coolant additive but diff brands.
