18s, i've bought 17's before and the first thing i said when i got them and put them on was should have gotten 18's. But it depends on what you do with your car, tracking and autocrossing 17s are probably better lighter for the most part.

Since you're getting rotas, I'd say splurge a little more and get a set of each. One can never have too many sets of wheels

tein gold? htechs maybe? I would go for 17's personally. you can go lower and tires are cheaper.

Really can't go wrong with either. 17's will yield more room for tires and 18's will 'fill' out your wheel well better aesthetically.
I am on my second set of 17x9 wheels.

I think 18's usually look better on sedans, 17's on wagons. although sometimes 17's with beefy tires look mean as hell on a sedan, but most of the time look 2 small imo.

I like both equally, preferably I use 17's for the track and 18's for everything else. I run 245/40's on 18x9.5 Rota Grids, the old wheels were 18x8.5 with the same 245/40's

with the right suspension and tire 17 look sick on sedans also depends on how wide 17x9 cant really compare with a 18x 7.5

17"s fits overs the brembo, so it's functional and saves weight, usually. 18"s+ is for show, usually.

i cruise around on 18"s
