Default 05 STi headlight adjustment

Iíve got a quick question-
I have an í05 STi and I went to adjust the angle of my head lights last night and realized they are completely unresponsive and the indicator on my dash no longer lights up when the lights are on. Is this possibly a fuse problem or do I have a bigger issue on my hands?
Thanks for the help.
