Angry If you're ordering for more than two, the drive-thru's not for you

Went to Wendy's today to get something fast, and noticed the guy two cars in front of me was taking FOREVER. I couldn't really hear what he was ordering... but he kept ordering and ordering and ordering. Finally when the woman came over the speaker to announce his total.....

That'll be $51.70 at the first window, please.

I think I counted 7 drinks and 5 bags come out the window to him. WTF?! By the time he was done, traffic was lined up from the Drive-Thru, around the building, and almost into the street.

I'm guessing that doesn't happen there very often?

That's a fairly common occurrence here I'd say 50% of the time I've been to drive-thrus there's been a large car with 5-6 people in it ordering $60+ of food. Doesn't back them up that much to the point where the line is in the road, amateurs.

Largest order Ive personally sat behind and waited for...

wait for it...

$76.29...at taco bell! If there was not a second fatty in the passenger seat to even things out, the car would have been sagging on the driver side. Worst part is, I waited, and waited, and started to throw it into reverse to just go elsehwere, and then got blocked in.

Separate orders are the worst. Car full of four people and four separate orders makes me .

You know, you could always park your car, go inside, and order food to go, if it really bothers you that much.

Lazy turd.

Almost as bad as one of my friend's friends spent $67 inside a 711 when he was high as ****!

Never go into food places high, it will cost you.

back in high school, some drive-thrus didn't have the drive-thru "lanes"... meaning you could drive up, order, and drive off without being forcibly wrapped around the building to the teller window.

i'll leave the rest of the story up to your imagination.

I would LOVE a 2 person limit on drive thru purchases. You have to think that 90% of the time an order that large is going to be screwed up anyhow so:

For 3 or more, find the door!

FYI - If you see a construction truck in the drive thru-lane, just go inside, or try and get in front of it if you can.
