Default STI swap, weird noises when throttle is applied?

Hey guys, I just finished my STI swap and had my key programmed today. I go to start it up and makes a weird sound, almost like it's gulping or something. After that, it idles perfectly, warms up perfectly, etc. Once I go to tip in the throttle, it makes a sound like it's gargling or something. It comes from both sides of the engine and only happens when I tap the throttle. Other than that and the same sound happening when the engine starts, it runs perfectly. No smoke, no smells, nothing. The sound comes from both sides of the engine bay. Not the middle, but both sides.. almost like the heads?

Any ideas?

Ignore the white smoke, it was just burning off whatever fluids seeped into the seals. It doesn't smoke anymore when it idles.

Why do I need to get it tuned? It's a 100% stock STI drivetrain with matching ECU, immobilizer, key.

Yeah... It doesn't smoke at all or have any strange smells, no cross contamination of fluids, nothing. Idles fine then BOOM, strange noise with throttle.

Idea: Possibly unseated spark plugs? It idles perfectly but under any kind of load it almost sounds like a misfire. I had a compression test done on the donor car and it's possible that the mechanic didn't re-tighten all the plugs and just lightly placed the coil pack on the plugs. I had to bolt in the coil plugs and they weren't easy to get in there.
