Default Website facelift...bunch of local Subaru and Misc photos!

My website needed a facelift, so I decided to buy a nice template and went to town I've always designed my sites from scratch in the past, but I'm a bit too old school for most of the neato stuff these days (HTML coding in Text Edit FTW!), so buying a template saved me a whole lot of time and headache. In any case...

http://www.arminausejo.com

I'll probably tweak a few things on the splash page, but the main site is good to go for now

Looks good Armin! Clicking on the portfolio took a little time to load but not a huge deal. Never seen your blog before - a lot of real nice shots when you were on vacation in there

Wow, looks outstanding! Good job Armin.

Well played sir.

Looks good.

Couple problems. The view it in same window, i get the 100% loading and it just stays there. Works fine in full screen. This is with firefox 3.

Also myspace is blocked at work, so i can't get to your blog. You should install wordpress on your site. If you want help with that let me know. Pretty easy.

I see you know Jasmine. Nice young woman. Very fun to talk to and sincerely an auto, Ducati enthusiast. Did she ask you to shoot her and her S2K?

Site is well done. Gives me some good ideas.

Yeah, I'm looking into Wordpress right now...shouldn't be too hard to install. As for the loading issue, I've seen it happen on both the full screen and same window version...it's very hit and miss and not consistent, and I'm sure it just has to do with server-side stuff, so it's hard to troubleshoot. Often times it'll load up super fast and then you check again a few minutes later and it lags a little.

Yeah, I've known Jasmine for quite some time now...she knows her stuff We'd been planning to do a shoot with her S2K since I shot a Ducati event last year and just finally got around to it about a month ago.

Here's a question for you. I have been at the DS events over the past 5 years and have always wondered her age. Tons of Ducatisti on the DNW love Jasmine and I know that forum is largely comprised of older gents. It just seemed odd that she is clearly much younger then half the people commenting about her and it makes me chuckle. Exactly what is her age. It would help solve part of the mystique behind her allure.

BTW, I think we have met once or twice. I am usually the guy running around DS with my Nikon.

Haha you know I've never actually asked her straight-up how old she is. I'm fairly certain she and I are similar in age (I'm 28 right now), but I don't know her exact age.

I've also only been to one Ducati Seattle event: http://verdugo.smugmug.com/gallery/4002275_5Zmrk

That's one of the few flash templates I've seen that I didn't hate, very nice. Usually they are clunky to navigate or too flashy and distracting.
