Default How much is a fair labor rate to swap motor mounts?

Going with Sti mounts on my wrx. wanted to know what I should be paying for someone to change them out.

Do you have some tools and jack/jack stands? If so, it's really not that hard, just a tight spot to work with and you have to jack up the engine a tad

I'm not sure what a shop would charge but figure $90/hr x 2 hours = $180. If its more than that, I'd not only be surprised but I'd slap that guy right across his funny face!

You have some subie-nerds around your area. Why don't you try to get in on an "install day" or find someone in the area that might help?

We don't know as this is a fair market economy in the United States and I can find you a shop that's $45/hour and I can find you shops that are $200/hour. So no one knows.
