How do you like the Z2s? From what I hear they're lighter and stickier than the Z1SS....definitely something I'm interested in, especially if they last even nearly as long as the Z1SS.

Looks good. Definitely a set-up I'd like to run in the future.

I'm pretty pleased with my set. I just ran my first AutoX on them last Sunday and they preformed very well. IDK how they'll do in the long run. I have taken them off for now until the next event. I got dinky 205's so no pics here.

I have 17x9.5 rota grids for my 02 wrx. What tires would look the absolute best. 235s or 255s?

I feel like you're going to have some serious inboard clearance issues with that setup.

For those of you on 275's or larger...
What's the ride like compared to something smaller? Tramlining/nibbling? How about running mudflaps with this large of rubber? Any additional rock chips? Muted steering feel? Does it require considerable more effort to turn the wheel due to the additional resistance from the widened contact patch?

Considering doing flares but want to know all the pros and cons before I do.

Steering wheel does feel a little heavier at lower RPM's compared to the stock sized tires. Tram-lining does increase when you drive on roads with recessed wheel tracks, so you have to watch for that. I've had the flares and wider tires for two summers now and there haven't been any rock chips down car. Of course if you drive it on crappy, dirty roads all the time you'll probably have more wear. With the flares there is no going back so you have to make a full commitment.

Haha agree unless he's gonna run like a -40 offset. On a 18x12.5-39 it's possible to run 335s in the rear but not sure on the front.

And flares won't cover that meat.

Sure flares will cover 335"s. they just need to be made large enough to do so and problem solved.
