depending on offset and suspension, that might be too much tire. what brand? honestly even what i'm running is a bit overkill for the car, but it handles so nice

^^ agreed!

Well, I literally just sold a set of NT01's in the last 5 minutes but still have a set of 275/40/17 NT05's that I only used for a handful of track days last year and could be pretty money on a BRZ of which I'm about a week out from getting.

All about function for performance so what kind of camber are you running and is there rubbing?

i didn't get aligned/corner balanced yet as the KW's are taking a while to settle but now that its settled the rear camber is out of whack. but i was set to -2 all around but i'm gonna try to keep it at 2 all around. really not much needed because my offset is reasonable.

275/40 is a huge sidewall though.

i rubbed on the rear bumper, the plastic part, that rubbed it self out, or just trim it before you put it on. the front i had issues, towards the front of the fender by the side marker the fender flares out. otherwise its rolled pretty flat from factory. i had to roll that little lip in basically to gain some clearance.

Got a question for y'all meaty tire guys.

I just got a 18x9.5 35et wheels, and trying to figure out what's the best size to run the car without doing major pulling on fenders? Currently they are rolled, and very slightly pulled.

Car is dropped, not dumped, but will be getting dropped another .25" all around. Tires I have in mind 235/40 or 255/35

Here's a quick pic of it on 18x8 35et on 235/40 tires.

255/35s will be slightly easier to fit since they're smaller.

What modification did it require to fit?

I have had 245/40/18 before on a 18x7.5 42et wheels on my car. Fenders were rolled and pulled enough where tires sat flush without any scrubbing with almost 0 camber all they way around. Now wondering if I was able to pull that, the current roll/pull will be enough for 255/35 with slight camber.

Is any one running either one of the tire combos, and please post a picture or and advice. Thanks

If you don't want to move the fenders, move the tire. Sounds like 2 more degrees of negative camber should do it. Assuming you don't hit the struts first.

I am running Tein Flex Coilovers. Ran 19x8.5 35et with -3 degrees in the back and -2.5 in front previously, not strut issues. I don't have front fender liners either. I don't mind running some camber, car isn't my DD.

Just don't want to get the tires, and then lol.

None, yet. When I do get it lowered I will make sure I have enough room for 265's
