Default Heated mirror install party?

I just placed an order for 2 burco heated mirror elements today ($20 each, shipped!). I'm not sure which weekend I can do it yet, but I'm wondering if anyone else is up for modding their mirrors. I'm just preparin for the upcoming snowboarding season

Heating elements purchased from:

Accurate glass
1-800-934-4722
Burco #3801 @ $20.00 each

I'm not in for the modding party but it's good to know of a source outside a junkyard.

I have to get the proper mirrors before I can mod them.

I've always wanted to do this, but local Burco dealers have always wanted like $40 each for these things. Here are the links that I've collected over the last year or so that are basically info and tutorials.

I'm not going to Oregon for this, but thanks for the reminder for me to do this before winter/ski season hits.

Yea, $20 each shipped is a pretty awesome price. It sounds like they ship anywhere, so you should call em up. Burco's CSR referred me to that dealer.

Thanks for the reference links!
