Default HUGE thanks to Mark (mla163) and Matt (a13n0rma1) for helping with the suspension!

Mark and Matt REALLY helped out today and took ~4 hours from start to finish to install my new suspension. It would have gone faster, but we spent a fair amount of time trying to figure out how to install the camber bolts in the rear.

Anyways... thanks again guys! I'm going out for a drive now. I'll post pics and more info later.

Mike

Alright...

So here's the assembly that we installed today:

-Tokico Dspecs (bought used from NASIOC member - 600 miles)
-Sti wagon pink springs (bought new from subarugenuineparts.com)
-Group N tophats (bought locally from Louie - 18K miles)
-all the misc perches, seats, washers, etc pieced together from NASIOC members

I wanted something that wouldn't lower the car much, yet had better spring rates and adjustable dampening. This is why I went with the setup above.

Here's the suspension mods I already had installed before today:
-22mm whiteline adjustable rear swaybar w/ kartboy endlinks
-22mm whiteline front swaybar w/ whiteline HD endlinks
-whiteline rear quick release strut bar
-whiteline front strut bar

Rider heights before / after:
Driver Front: 27.125" / 26.833"
Passenger Front: 27" / 26.875"
Driver Rear: 26.5" / 26.25"
Passenger Rear: 26.375" / 26.25"

I think it will drop 1/4 to 1/2 more over the next week after the springs have settled.

Pics! (though it still looks stock)

Glad I could help!

...Y'know, helping with the driveway and that's about that! Wish I wasn't so busy this afternoon so we could've been done in 2 hours instead of 4.

I'm going to try and swap my coilovers out for a new set tonight...

I'm hoping on 2 hours flat, single-handed (timing starts once the car is in the air).

I have anti-sieze on every bolt, plus air tools, so I think this is do-able.

Definitely. Specially with Coilovers.

PS! When's good for our little rolling session? It's something I'd like to learn how to do for sure! And the more I read, the less I figure I need to roll them too (probably only need to the rear, really!)
