Default help with this boost gauge issue

Important fact: My aem boost gauge calibrates itself before every start up. It cannot be avoided. It sweeps to the stopper pin and up to 0 everytime the gauge sees power.

So I had this aem electrical boost gauge installed on my steering column via the fuse box for months and it worked fine.

This weekend I transferred my gauges to a clock pod and now it's all ****ed up. I used the clock wires of course.

It sweeps to 0, I start the car, and it calibrates again while it's running. So now my -20 vacuum sits at 0 on the gauge...

I do want to point out that with a few tries (turning car on and off) I can get it right.

But why is this happening now that I'm on the clock wires?

Thanks

Did you get the constant and switched power connections right? I'm thinking you didn't.

I'm pretty sure I did. Cause I tried them both and one of them turned my gauges on without power from my key which I do not want.

disconnect it from where it is now and run longer wires so you can hook it up the way it was before.

I want to avoid that so badly. But I will probably end up doing that.

trust me, if it worked before it will work again and then you'll be done.
it's more awesome to be done than it is to deal with it for how many more hours.
