why:
i'm a full time tech at a shop in SC. I'm 23. I live with my GF and we are really working to buy a house. That requires changing my situation. I have a student loan, some CC debt a hefty 24mo loan for this car. I had a 98 LGT, sold it, got a focus zx3. hated it. GF found this online at a ford dearler in marietta GA. Drove 3 hours after work, traded 05 focus, because of income-debt ratio, got a harsh interest rate and a short term. Not conducive to my situation.

Car Assets:
26mpg mixed
350mi on a tank typically.
great shifting 4eat. I thought i would hate it, but i actually like it. It does really cool things that I'll describe if you want.
i put 4 alpine type-s 6.5" speakers in it, that was a tremendous pain for the rears. i'll leave them in there. they sound incredible.
it's DRY underneath. dry oil pan, dry cam seals, dry trans. freakish, i know.
upholstery is great, doesn't smell, clean, no cuts or burns.

Car faults:
new HRis on the front, equal depth n3000s on the rear.
bad wheel bearing.
ding about 2-knuckles wide on the driver fender. NOT on the character line.

that's literally everything that's wrong with the car. i'm not skimping or hiding anything.

if there is any interest, i'll post some pics. i'll have to take them tomorrow because the d40x is with my GF at work now.

i don't really know what to ask, feel free to make offers while i contemplate.

right now i'm thinking 6900 as is.

now to see if i can find a cheap old s10...
