is E85 readily available everywhere but cali? I keep seeing these threads but i've never once seen it at the pump.

Its spotty as to where E85 is available. I have two stations with E85 within 2 miles of my house, but I work 50 miles away. From work, the closest station are the two near my house. I wish it were consistently available. Alcohol is a great fuel...

I live close in Culver City and there is an E85 station 10 mins from my crib and when im in SD. i know where there is a E85 station 10 mins from Coronado

You should really start tuning in terms of lambda. Makes it easier to switch between fuels. However since your using AFR (and I'm assuming it's calibrated for E85), you should be able to run leaner than 11.0 (I think I played around at 12.1-12.2 when I tested it), and it'll buy you a bit more head-room. You'll still run out of injector, but it should get you a bit more power.

IMHO, running two pumps and/or increasing fuel pressure will not solve your problem. Bottom line is: you need more injector. Then you'll probably need more fuel pump
