you've bastardized that subie!! (j/k)

It's your ride, ya do what you want. The wing just seems a little excessive. The whole dark wheels on light colored car's isn't really my bag, just MO. I think getting a black car and dark wheels is a good match though. Gun metal, for example, is much more noticable against the black paint of the car, than with a lighter color. Again just MO though.

i think it looks sweet...except you need rear splats! too bad the wing isn't that functional. i believe if you can back up your looks with some GO, leave the BIG ASS wing on...

Default the wing

That wings not so bad looking. My friend has that exact one on his TDI Jetta (diesel), what a moron. He has the 16 incher tho, about as tall as his roof. What size is the one you have? His wing looks good from the front and sides (yes, you can see if over his roof), but from the back, it just looks rediculous. I guess its not so bad when he is striving to piss people off and be rediculous. He has already had comments such as "Someone parked an airplane in my spot" and "That's just not right." Funny as hell if you ask me.

Different? Just because he did that to a Subie and not a Honda doesn't means it's different and therefore cool. I see big aluminum wings and plus sized coffee cans hanging off the back of cars all the time. The only thing original about it, is that it's been done to an Impreza and not a Civic; otherwise, that's just regular ol' run of the mill stuff you see on every other guys car.

How is the wing not functional... it's huge. I hope that front lip keeps the front tires planted.

Its original because its not a "cookie cutter" Impreza like all the other ones around here. Same thing happens in the VW forum if you post a car that doesn't look like everyone elses. I think that car looks hella agressive and just plain tight.

There will always be criticism to those who aren't like the sheep.

There are a ton of very tastefully modded out civics that don't look the same as that. Its a matter of style. Do you think that anyone who doesn't wear nut-hugging tapered jeans is a ******* too? or penny loafers? damn.

Its different. Its SICK. beautiful.

car looks good but the wing has to go. if i saw someone driving that and go by me i might cry because of the wing. please change the wing, their is no need for it a scooby does not need that big of a wing.

when i cover up the wing with my thumb, your car looks badass.

Cool

Actually, I think the car is not that bad.

I've seen a similar one around Tyson's Corner, maybe this is it?

Unfortunately I can't go low, or want to. I am packing 225/45/17 tires, which BARELY fit, however, the traction is great. Those with a Greddy lip know that even with stock height it sometimes drags on the ground

As for the wing, I like it right now. I have two wings right now, all interchangeable in 10 mins, so maybe I'll get a third just to stuff those who cry at anything extreme demanding boredom of the mundane.

I am actually in the market for the jdm rear lip by extreme force, kinda rare I suppose, because the best deal I can get from the jdm importer is $400-$500 :yikes:.

When the weather warms up more I am planning to put a carbon fiber hood on and racing seats/harnesses if I can find some damn brackets .

the car would cleaner if you can go with a different wing, say RB5 or 22B.. other than that, its quite JDM.

what type of rims are those? i can't tell from my screen.. the rims are too dark

you guys all talk like it's so bad.. but what about ALL THE CARS IN JAPAN THAT HAVE GT WINGS. did you forget to mention our PRESIDENT who has a fat cusco GT bi-level wing? or do we just have to clown on this guy? i mean, shoot, it's a style that few have grown to like, but don't hate on something that they put their money, effort, and time into.

It's functional in that it weighs down the back of the car. As for Alex's wing, he's a Cusco whore. I've heard him even say on here he didn't like it. Putting an aluminum wing on an Impreza isn't doing something different, it's conforming to be just like everyone else...
