Default Friday Night @ Capitol Raceway

This Friday I went to make a pass at Capitol Raceway. Made a video and decided to share it with you all. The footage is terrible but try to bare with me.

Car was tuned at Agile by Hill. Feel i could squeeze a lower 12 with a better 60 and shifting. I am still very happy considering this is my 3rd time down the track with this car.

More information about the car can be found here:
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1541408

On to the video enjoy

woohoo SWP FTW!!!!

That is an awsome pass on the stock turbo! Is this 93oct only?

Also, did you find a already wingless trunk like from a 2.5rs, or did you have it shaved and painted? What suspension are you on?

Thanks!

Yes stock turbo and 93oct, should of put that in the video.

Car is on BC coilovers and the rears do rub. Need to do more of a pull in the back. Rubs over hard bumps at about 50mph+.

The trunk lid is original with 500000+ holes. Currently looking for a wingless or might buy one from Subaru.

Car looks awesome with those wheelss, and congrats on the time.

I too am looking for a wingless trunk but finding it hard. I'm leaning towards getting one from the dealer, an 04-05 one, and getting it painted.

I think that's pretty much all you're going to squeeze out of that set up unless you start taking some stuff out of the car to save weight. Nice time!!

I feel launching my STI is alot easier than my turbo'd honda. Not much work to get this thing to move nicely out the gate.

Been thinking of a DOM 4.0 when they are released. A guy in the 2.5 forum showed some impressive results. I also wanted to run the Full-Race headers. Had a Full-Race kit on my honda and the craftsmanship is top-notch. They make increadible products.

Cool! We have two cars in the shop right now with Full-Race headers installed. It's the best header/uppipe setup you can buy. Some people think that it's too expensive, but as you noticed above, they provide exceptional quality and design make it worth it.
As far as the DOM 4.0 I would like to see what it can do.

Thanks, Artie
