Default 05 RS swap... NA or turbo

I'm about to start a swap I think (blew my motor). I'm still not sure. I have about 4k to play with. If I swap with another na, which shortblock should I look for?

ya step up to the big boys a 2.5 turbo os going to rock your world... for 4 k you could buy the engine and have it installed.

what you should look at is the forester and outback XT models... they run the ej257 and a turbo so they are ready to go and sometimes cheaper than an STI motor
